Had a prescription that was sent to a different pharmacy in albemarle. Had some issues with insurance. Unfortunately the other pharmacy did not notify me of the issue until I showed up to get the meds. I them had the prescription sent to Albemarle Medical Pharmacy. They had the same insurance issue. The difference is Albemarle Family Pharmacy took the inactive and contacted the doctor. Think you Albemare Medical Pharmacy.

Went to drop off medications after my mother passed. I was informed that they could not take them because it was alot. Told to take them to the police station. They gave me directions, but it was not the main location. I had to reroute to find it. Very disappointed, especially dealing with another set back after my mom had just passed. Hospice had informed me to drop the medications off there. Maybe they both need to talk about protocol on dropping off unused meds.

Completely rude and disrespectful people. Treat you like sh!! when they don't even know you. I wouldn't go here if your a vet.

They are always nice here. When I have the kids they get a sucker, when i have my dog she gets a biscuit. They have given me extra water for my dog even. They work with you also if you don't have insurance so you can get your meds still.. it's one of the cheapest pharmacies around for no medical coverage.

The staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend Medical Pharmacy to anyone.Prices are reasonable, some are better than the local chain pharmacies.

Wow. Didn't ask for birth date, just name.....and gave us someone else's medicine ! Had to go back inside when we realized the mistake. Nothing said, no I'm sorry, nothing. Lovely. Won't be back. Crack staff.
