I bought King size mattresses for myself and Queen size for my son. It was not cheap. But you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping so it’s worth it. The staff was helpful and understanding.

Oh what a bad day I had. Just one busy day. I needed a bed ASAP! It was 15 minutes to closing and the staff at kimbrells was able to help me get a bed. They was patient with me. I was upset because I was trying to go to bed before work and it broke ? WHAT? ? They allowed me time to do an application and wait for approval last minute! I was very appreciative of those staff members. Thank you ladies, you saved my day although I couldn’t get it that day. I knew I was able to have a bed when I came in from work!

Offered a 10% veteran discount and then refused to honor it because I was using an in-store credit to cover a portion of the upgrade. I’ve used this store for many purchases but Ashley or Badcock is much more supportive of the American values.
