Its not air conditioned but they r the cheapest around. And for the price, WELL worth it! The girls are friendly when I go to pay, I'm late every month due to my payday and they never have an issue, the unit is huge, its private, and no one really bothers us at all. We fit an entire house, barn, and shed into a 20x20. May I say awesome!!!!!
