I scuffed up the front fender my CRV. While I was having routine service at Tim Marburger Honda I asked for a quote, however they do not do body work, suggested I may need a new fender and sent me to The Collision Center.SO I stopped by on my way home. I did not have an appointment, and wanted a quote to see if should just pay for the repair or use insurance. I was very politely asked to wait for just a minute had he would have a look.He came out and looked and said “hang on, this may not cost you anything.” He returned with a wet rag and within a few seconds the scuff was gone! Then he proceeded to go back and get or mix up some paint to touch a tiny blemish, bam fixed! This is so wordy because I recognize how rare it is these days to find someone willing to go out of their way for someone without charging them. I am also aware he could have up charged me for a fender, and chose not to.I left feeling so thankful for his kindness and honesty; I will recommend him to anyone!

my Jeep spent over 7 months in their shop only to be partially repaired and told my insurance it had prior damage when it was the same accident. 7 months and 8000 dollars my insurance covered i got my jeep back with a broken radiator... body damage and a stereo system damaged... they were terrible and preferred screwing g me out of my repairs and lying to my insurance.. terrible business and just lazy and unprofessional when my insurance covered everything they didn't fix. thanks guys

Awesome place the workers are real people and understand you have a life too and got our car fixed and even showed us what was the extent of the damage unlike others who just want to fix it and take your money and push you out. They helped us with everything we asked. Even went above and beyond and fixed our window for us (only after asking that we wanted it fixed too) all while not pressuring us to spend too much money or time with them. Friendly staff will definitely be back in the future and would recommend them to anyone that wants a fix and to know about their stuff they pay to get fixed.Services: Auto power window repair

OK. My daughter was in an accident back in October. The 2nd adjustor at progressive FINALLY got her car picked up to be repaired in December. The 1st one couldn't be bothered to return a phone call. Anyway her car was picked up in early December. Daughter called in January because she hadn't heard a word from the shop about what was going on with her only car. She was told it'll be ready January 11th. Cool. That date comes and goes. She calls again. Uh we're waiting on a bolt for your car. OK. Maybe. Weeks go by. A month. She calls yet again. Uh we sent it out to so and so for blah blah. OK. Another month goes by. She stops by there after a dentist appointment, sees her car and bursts into tears. ITS STILL NOT DONE !!! It's March 10th!! She's asks what's going on. Blah they pull her car in the garage to appease her and pull it right back out as soon as she leaves. Luckily she's been able to drive my car to work. She's a single mom who gets NO help. Not from the state or the child's father. Her insurance didn't cover a rental. Not for 3 months. This place never called her. Not once. I had to call and make them give me a date but they punished her for it. They charged her 400 more than they quoted her just because they could. Had they called and mentioned the bolt I would've went to pull a part and pulled one myself to speedup the process. I'm so thankful my hubby can work on my car. I do not recommend this place unless you have months to wait.

2nd time getting a quote here 1st time getting the work done. Tom and Kristen where great to work with everyone there was very friendly. The repairs done the my truck are amazing can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. Will definitely do business with then in the future if ever needed
