“I’ve had several incidents where my account locks up and I call the help desk only to say you must go to a local branch. Informed them I just left the Concord branch and was told everything was fixed but needless to say it was not fixed when I arrived home! So I went to my local branch in Albemarle where Briseida Torres and Kira Barringer corrected the problem within just minutes. They were both very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my issue. These ladies are amazing and much more efficient than the help desk! They both deserve a pay increase when your local team can solve problems that your help desk are supposed to be doing. Thanks again ladies and keep up the awesome job you are both doing! Lesson learned always trust your local team!”
