Man at the desk was very helpful and greeted me almost immediately when I walked in the door. It is certainly a refreshing feeling from the poor service I received at the post office in Elon, NC.

‘By far the best post office!! I’ve used them for shipping on multiple occasions and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. Most of all, they are pleasant…not something you find often in customer service these days.

Typically I ship with Postal Connections but was closer to my local post office so I ran in there. I didn't have the addresses written on the physical box. Im used to Postal connections typing it all in electronically and didn't even think about it.The clerk was rude and said "what am I supposed to do with this?". Once I apologized and said I was just used to somewhere else. He acted disgusted when I asked for a pen and address label and when I asked a question about a return address the supervisor walked around the corner and showed the same kind of attitude and didn't attempt to help at all. Just shut down everything I said before I could get it out.I have a unique situation when it comes to shipping. I run a YouTube channel and when I ship giveaway items from time to time I don't want my personal home address listed on the package.I understand the differences between the post office and a private shipping company but at how about maybe actually being polite and helpful to people instead of refusing to listen to what they are trying to say. They never once tried to helpThere was literally no other customers in the place...Hard to be nice and helpful these days I guess.

I rarely go to the post office, but when I do, I choose to go to the Alamance NC, location. They have always been very friendly and helpful.

Mailed out 2 packages priority mail. One to Stafford Texas the other to Newport News Virginia. They were mailed on the 8th of January and as of today, neither have been delivered. This was supposed to be a two day delivery and I paid for two day delivery. Next time I will use FedEx or UPS. I can't replace these items.

Friendly staff, speedy service, organized and clean lobby. Reduced hours are the nature of a small town, low volume post office.

What kind of post office is open at 9 and lunch from 12 to 2 (Really?!) And then closes at 3:30. What a joke

This post office is really horrible. They cannot seem to get it together as far as billing for PO Boxes and seeing as they don't deliver any mail, there is really no excuse. Also their open hours are entirely too minimal.
