I made a appointment to bring my SUV in there to be diagnosed, I was given the price of $93 on the phone for everything to be checked out. I get to the dealership and they don't have me on the schedule, and at first they tell me it's impossible for them to check out my car today. Then they tell me I can talk to the service manager, while I'm waiting for the service manager the woman behind the counter tells me it's going to be $86 for each check they have to do. And I told her that I was quoted $93 for all and she rolled her eyes and asked asked who told me that. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else I will never show up at Charles H Jenkins again.

People be aware the mechanics in this place they don't know what they doing and when you complain they put you out the door ?????

I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a Chevrolet Cruze from Strickland and it needed repair within the first 5 days. I took it to them and they denied that the needed part was under warranty. So, I went to a Chevrolet dealership in Wendell that immediately identified the needed part as being still "under warranty". I informed the manager, Charles Strickland, of this and he told me "well take it to them and let them fix it". I told him "but I purchased the car from you". He didn't care and did not attempt to repair the car, so I had to take it to the dealership that was 2 hours away. Some customer service. I would have given 0 star, but it was not an option. Needless to say they can't even give me an oil change any more.
