She stopped what she was doing to open a dressing room for me, was polite about it, was directive to other employees to have everyone being efficient and then checked me out with a smile and great attitude, which goes a long way. I was there on a weekend and it was very busy. I was trying on some clothes in the fitting room where it was very crowded. I was on the hunt for some jeans. It’s been a while since I’ve been Jean shopping so I already knew it was about to be a struggle for me. I was trying on everything I could find and nothing would work. This is the part where I would never forget. In the midst of the crowd of people in the fitting room, she approached me directly. I was on the last pair of trying on jeans before I was about to give up and walk out because of no luck. She directly approached me out of everybody in there and asked, ”Is everything ok?” “Is there something I can help you with?” She noticed I was struggling. I didn’t have to ask for help or nothing. She stayed with me and pulled out her best recommendations and I found 2 pairs of jeans that worked for me. Thank you so much Willow! I really appreciate your help and great customer service! I will be back.”
“Took my granddaughter this past Saturday to get haircuts. We decided to get our hair washed and my granddaughter wanted her hair straightened after her trim. I also got a cut and style. “Loved this store. It had all the new trendy clothes my daughter was looking for. Great atmosphere. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. I highly recommend this store and will be back again and again!”
