I ordered $300 boots in a different color than a pair I already own. They arrived obviously worn and scuffed on the bottom. I could tell they had been walked on rocks or gravel as there are rock indents on the bottom. I sent an email and they told me they are "distressed" boots and they are supposed to look worn. They said that they could send me pictures of their other boots in stock so I could see the bottom of the soles and that they're all apparently "distressed" on the bottom.....I own another pair of these boots and they came with brand new soles. I do want to keep them as they are a Christmas gift and I don't want to risk not getting another pair in time but they would not offer me a partial refund and proceeded to lie about the fact that all of these boots come "distressed" on the bottom when I literally own another pair of them and know that they in fact do not, and can find pictures on the Internet of this exact boot with brand new soles.

I have no idea how this place is in business. There gas prices are always.30 to .40 cents higher and now closed on the weekends

Went to get gas and got denied. She came out from behind the store with some man high as a kite. Telling me that she can't ring me up bc she has to take her friend to work. What kind of people do y'all have working there? Customers come first not high boyfriends.

They had a sign up saying closed it was 12:55 in the afternoon. Should have been open I only have cash to pay for gas now I have to hopefully make it to the next store.. not good. I will not be back to this location. Bad bad bad bad unimpressed very unprofessional and losing money I have seen six cars come by and left very sad

Wonderful company! They have such a wide range of cowboy boots from all different brands!! Customer service is incredibly helpful and friendly! Making exchanges/returns is no hassle & you don't even have pay for the shipping!! Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this company. Very good job!

Ordered online, and I live in NY. Within TWO DAYS I had my boots, and that was was with the free shipping option. I am floored. Boots were in original packaging, never worn and fit true to size. I'm a believer.

We recently stopped on our way home from the mountains. I went in to buy a snack. Got to the register, the woman said I had to spend $3 to use my debit card. I found another item, asked her how much and she said it should be enough...when I went back to register, she said as long as it was close to $3, it would be fineThe person with me went in separately to buy an item which came to $1.06. She took their debit card, and nothing was said about a $3 amount...?? Last time we'll stop here, the amount you need to spend seems to depend on what the blonde at the register says!
