  I would give zero if possible. William Baldwin is a thief and a liar. I sent him my wife's 1969 Camaro carb in 2017. In early 2018 he took my money via PayPal (friends and family) because it conveniently wouldn't work any other way. Said it was done and shipping....never to respond to me again.   I paid for a carburetor over 3 months ago going on 4 months ,I have talked to William multiple times ,and keeps. This may have to go to the law coming up with an excuses
