Gave me the run around for a week while he had my car. Wouldn't call me back for days after I called daily. Wanted to charge over a thousand dollars to fix a solenoid. Never recommending this place or coming back. Told my dad that he hates working on my car model instead of just admitting that he didn't want to fix my car. Unprof

BEWARE!. Took our VW there to get some work done. Very Long story short Two months later the issue has not been fixed. We were told they were waiting on parts. But come to find out it was being used as a daily driver. It was completely detailed inside when I took it. When I picked it up it was trashed on the inside and now has been smoked in. There were ashes everywhere. As a person, and a fellow small business owner, I've never been done so dirty. Unbelievable. Crooks at their finest

Don and Scott at Autobahn Service Center definitely know their stuff! Not only are they truly professionals, they are honest as well which is not always the case, especially when the customer is a woman and the mechanic knows that most women don't know a dipstick from a chopstick and may take full advantage of of it. Don and Scott always take the time to explain what the problem is with your vehicle and what it will take to fix it for a reasonable and fair price. I am so grateful to be one of their customers!

Hoping you read this before taking your car to this place. We have a German car and they were recommended to us due to convenience. First issue is the owner, Phil or the old man. He does not treat women nicely or fairly. He would be extremely rude to me both in-person and on the phone. Only to turn right around and accommodate my husband for whatever our request was. Phil and his staff dressed in PJs, no shirts, smoking, eating, etc. just doesn't give off the best vibe. It was too the point that I refused to take my car to him due to the way he treated me. My husband had to take over.Second issue and the one everyone needs to read - my car started idling rough. Called first thing on a Monday morning, got the old man, told us to bring in it on Tuesday morning. They called us on Wednesday, saying it was finished and we could pick it up. As we were pulling out we could tell the car was still idling rough. Parked it in our garage for the afternoon. Went to drive it that evening and the idling was worse, check engine light came on and it was all we could do to get it back into the garage. Called back the following morning. They had us bring it back. Checked again, said we needed a fuel injector. Had them order the part. They kept the car for four weeks. "Other cars were more important." Got the car back and it seemed to drive fine. The following morning, idling worse than ever, check engine light flashing. This time we had already found another place to work on the car. Got our car to them. After they did a full inspection, quickly found the original problem. Everything Autobahn had done was wrong, Did not need a spark plugs, coiling packs or a fuel injector. Needed a PCV valve. Simple fix. But as the new mechanic was replacing the PCV valve, a cracked cylinder head was found. Determined to have been caused by the mechanic at Autobahn. End result a new engine. 12 weeks without a car. What was a simple fix turned into a financial nightmare. They didn't know what they were doing. Should have told us from the start they couldn't work on my car. Please stay away from this shop. I know others sing their praises. Please just avoid them at all costs. The owner is rude, the mechanics don't know their job, they lie, they treat women horribly and they just don't do good business. We hate giving them a one star rating - needs to be a negative rating. Please take your business somewhere else.
