No one enjoys going to the cell phone store. You wait FOREVER, and then time moves like molasses. However, after waiting over an hour on a Sunday morning, the guy who helped me was fun. I left with my new Flip 5 & felt glad it was over.

I had a problem with my phone. I tried downloading an app, and in the process I lost a lot of information. I went to Verizon. The agent didn't even escort me to a seat. He did a few swipes on my phone and was able to get everything back.

Ivory Gladden was so great to work with. Very professional! She assisted me with new phones, a watch and an iPad. It was an easy transaction and she always is eager to help whenever a problem arises.

Ivory was very helpful during our visit. I do not update often, as it’s not a process I enjoy. She listened to my needs, gave me options and let me choose. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We were greeted when we entered the store, but she was the first and only person to ask us if we needed help. If every experience was like this I’d be more likely to go into stores. Thank you, Ivory.

Carlos at Verizon was awesome. He helped in every way he possibly could. He even stayed past closing time, even though he had a long drive home & had to be back the next day, just to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a huge asset to the company

My experience at Verizon this week has been amazing. I was experiencing phone trouble at its worst. With the help of associates Tammy and Grier, my troubles were fixed without hesitation. Today I experienced amazing customer service at its best. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and I will never change providers. I also am recommending family and friends to switch to Verizon because T and G will help find the perfect plan to fit any customer. Highly recommend.

Jessica F. is a consummate professional at Verizon. She knows everything needed to convert my old IPhone to the new IPhone 15 Plus. She made sure all my Apps were working and helped set up the phone to my exact specifications. She's an expert on technical aspects and helped with the trade-in on my account. More importantly you can't find a nicer person with all the patience in the world to help make what would normally be stressful an easy, quick and confident experience. Ask for Jessica when you come into this store!

Ivory at the Verizon store in Aberdeen is the best! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She helped me purchase my phone and Apple Watch with a great deal. She texts me and checks in to see if I need anything or have any questions. She will literally help you find the best deal without trying to make it about her and making money. Go see her, you won’t regret it!!

The customer experience is equivalent to the experience one gets at the DMV. The difference is that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean. Just waiting for extremely long time to get things done you cannot do online sucks. 4 employees helping people and 5 parties waiting for service. You walk in and have to figure out the other customers are waiting on the honor system. Seems like a process issue on the Verizon side.Update: 45 minute wait, 10 minutes of service. Found out we could verify my veteran status, which never changes, online. I was also there to merge two accounts which we found out can't be done at the store. You need to call a number.
