The female supervisor should be fired. Horrible attitude and not helpful at all.

Tried to send three basic letters certified mail. Dude behind the desk just slaps stickers on without reading the envelopes then tells me it’s my fault and he has to get a manager. Manager tries to charge me extra to fix employees mistake. I ask for my mail back to go elsewhere and he rips up receipts and throws them on the counter in front of me. “Manager” Leon was absolutely rude, and likes to interrupt. Definitely worth the few minutes to drive to Southern Pines or Pinebluff Post Office. If you can’t drive somewhere else then make sure they actually read the address on the envelope, if the first guy had done that much my mail might have made it on time. Not sure how you can work at a post office and not read envelopes.

I do appreciate when my"regular delivery guy" brings my mail.He does a great job. If I ever have an issue he will fix it right away.I just found one package at the Bottom of my steps. Another beneath my steps and one in the bushes from last week sometime.I just had a major surgery so walking is a challenge right now. Whoever delivered my mail is not the normal guy.Whoever it was needs to move along to FedEx. This is THEIR M O. Not the USPS.Fortunately the one from last week turned out to be junk, but what if it wasn't? What is it was like the car part sitting at the bottom of the step that cost a couple hundred?I had to say it but it seems that the service can not provide any longer. And they wonder why their running the red. Your approaching DeSoto standards now. Deliver whenever. Leave it wherever. Mark as delivered then actually deliver a couple days later.Round all the new people up and have the old timers train them. Not happy today. No one was here to dig the mail out from beneath the porch steps...

Parking is horrendous at this location! Parking on front is not marked.
People park on wrong side of road
More parking is definitely needed
The post office needs a new location with more property, please someone look at the needs there!

It's the post office, a universal, free, bare-bones federal citizen service. I use it all the time, but it's not a company, and there are certain advantages to that. I don't expect that kind of service, but the USPS has been around for a long time and that, in and of itself, provides other services. And this is a good one. I've experienced bad USPS locations in smaller towns due to poor postmasters. It's a good, consistent service overall, and the citizenry is fortunate to have it.NOTE: If you have a problem with your mail, please contact the Postmaster to explain the problem. They will most likely take steps to assist you.

The workers in Aberdeen, NC never answer their phones, they will not deliver packages to residence homes just leave failure to deliver letter in mail, and they make every excuse in book why they don't deliver to residence home.

Have had multiple problems from this location. Never notified us about important paperwork until last minute with a "final notice" that it needed to be signed for or it will be sent back. I just recently received an opened birthday card. Not even scanning some packages on my informed delivery and when I checked tracking numbers, they marked that we had moved and left no forwarding address which both are lies. They returned those packages to sender after next day shipping was purchased from my grandmother as a gift. They NEVER answer the phone and often leave it off the hook so no one can call in. We went in about the packages being returned to sender and the guy said it must've been a substitute and that he would NOT check the rest of the tracking numbers (3) because he had a line. And then they did it again. They have also marked our address inaccessible on my informed delivery so I cant mark that I didn't receive it. The same day they did that, they delivered the other package I my informed delivery. The woman who delivers hit and broke mine and my neighbors mailboxes. I arrived home to my mailbox hanging because it had been pushed too hard to the left and broke the iron holding it up. My camera died that day so I don't have it recorded. But we were all outside when she did the same thing to the neighbors mailbox and all she said was "sorry the sun was in my eyes" and left. Never offered to replace it or anything.. isn't that a felony?? We are supposed to trust these government employees with packages and time sensitive items, but if complain once, you will receive retaliation. Even if it was their wrong doing. Since I am being punished for reporting or complaining, I am leaving this public review.

Constantly loses mail and never answers their phone when help is needed. Constantly reminded why I'll pay the extra and ship my packages with other providers.

Continue to get delivery notifications and delivered notifications. Have not gotten a single piece of mail since living at current address. You are not going to get ahold of anyone to find your packages or mail either.

Mail is regularly delivered at the wrong place. Mail carrier will also choose to chuck our packages over our fence, even during rain, as opposed to leaving it at the back gate. The deliverer has also been observed just leaving a fail to deliver notice instead of actually trying to deliver package when we are home.

I had to check the reviews to make sure it wasn’t just me. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never experienced these issues anywhere else. Mail just either not being delivered, lost for days, or god knows. We received medicine for someone and delivered it ourselves because people need it. They need to fix this it’s only gotten worse with the pandemic. The automated service wants to claim it’s because of the pandemic but please tell me why it’s been bad for 2 years?

I've had issues with mail delivery quite a bit. The mailman has passed by more than once when my flag is up with mail going out. He just passed by it today. My email also shows the mail I should be receiving every day. They haven't delivered the mail do to come on occasion. They also have sent mail back from my child's school twice. The address is correct on the mail as well. Lastly, I've watched one mailman put mail in our box and one piece dropped onto the ground and I saw him look down but not bother to get it. It must have happened once before becuse I had one letter on the ground that had been out in the rain.

Continuous Failures to deliver Amazon packages . They say attempted delivery. Which is a lie because we work from home. They lie so they get paid from Amazon. But leave the packages sitting there so we have to pick them up. Might as well shop at Walmart when Aberdeen Post Office can't manage to do their jobs

Its alway the run around here they do not care about the customers and alway have trould with mail they put in wrong box and if they do put it in the right box they throw it in the back so we have a hard time geting it while in the car then when u call up there they hardly ever answer and when u go in to let the post master know they never do anything about it
