U-Stor-It Mini Warehouses is a great facility with very friendly and helpful staff that is easy to work with. The rental process is easy, quick, and personable, using a kiosk method. The storage units, both climate controlled and regular, are clean, affordable, and easy to access. The location offers good security with keypad entry and video monitoring, and it is connected to other businesses so people are around during the day. However, customer service can be difficult to reach by phone, with calls often going to voicemail without a callback. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to keep belongings safe.
The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. The units (climate controlled and regular) are very clean and easy to access. Cannot recommend this place enough!
