I went in for a one time care wash on November 16, 2023. I paid $27.82 which I thought was high. The attendant asked if I wanted the monthly service and I said NO. She did say as a courtesy I could go back in until the end of the month. I never went back in. When I finally balanced my bank account I found that they had been taking out $48.12 per month for 5 months. They said the most they could reimburse was $144.36. They then issued a refund for only $44.36. I called again, twice, they told me to call my bank and that they could do nothing further. I did call my bank and they were not keeping my $100. I filed a complaint with the BBB. When I looked them up, THEY HAVE AN F RATING!!! Apparently, this happens frequently. DO NOT GO THERE!

The worst 21& car wash I’ve ever had, you ride through a 30 second car wash and your car is still filthy afterwards, I won’t be back.The vacuums are the best I’ve ever used though for suction power.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Robert in Aberdeen, NC who gave 5 Star Customer Service. Then when I go to ask his name again Super Nice Michael one of your managers gave me Robert's name and said you were very hands on with your business. As a small Medicare Insurance Broker I applaud that!!!

Terrible wash. Every time my car comes out with soap on both fenders. Front end of my car doesn’t get remotely clean. All 4 of my wheels have have fine scratches and still aren’t cleaned. The employees are always very friendly, but the wash equipment here does a sub-standard job.

I come here a lot due to my job responsibilities. And I love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Travis was really great with putting my new sticker on my windshield. Mike is amazing and so helpful. The whole crew works hard and it shows. I will keep coming back.Service: Vacuuming

I came here looking to get my car washed. And not only was I able to get my car washed, But the technician Michael, who was here also helped me buff out a small bit of damage with my car. The folks here are very friendly, they're amazing, and definitely don't mind helping out for when you need things done.I also got a small science lesson as to how buffing works when he was teaching another associate.Thank you guys so much for the amazing job. Your boss owes you a raise!

I highly recommend this car wash to everyone. They actually have all the items you need to clean the inside while they handle the outside… great and helpful staff!!!!!
