I absolutely love this company. Every interaction we have had with them has been wonderful and the people are always extremely kind and helpful. Being a first time home owner and having a propane tank can be confusing, I never feel judged and even if it isn’t related to my propane tank, they are always willing to offer suggestions. They have online bill pay now too which just makes me want to give them 6 stars instead of 5.

We are fairly new customers. Our tank was filled for the second time last week. It was a windy day and our flag was wrapped around the pole. Our security camera shows the driver unwrapping it from the pole. We appreciated that so much and thought it was worth mentioning. They are a little bit higher than other businesses but we would rather pay a little more and know that we will get great service, etc.

We moved here a year ago and it was time to fill up our tank I spoke with Ashton who was extremely helpful and explaining the process to fill the tank. Since it was owned by us and never serviced by McNeil they needed to do an inspection before filling the take. We set up the appt and right on time both the inspector and delivery person showed up. Great guys very personable. I know there are other options inthe area for propane but I like to do business with small family run companies. McNeil fit the bill and did not disappoint highly recommend them

Great company's have great people and McNeill has the best. They recently installed lines for my new stove and were on the job an hour earlier than scheduled! Then they carried my stove from the garage to the kitchen for the install and came in under the estimate! They were as efficient as a military operation! A very cool group of guys as well. I recently had a gas fireplace and gas tank installed by McNeil Oil & Propane. This company consists of a team of professionals. From Lori in the office to Chris and his well run team on the ground, and Danny who came out to preview the project. I couldn’t be more pleased with how they do business and conduct themselves. Specifically, they do what they say they’re going to do when they promise. Their work was flawless from start to finish, from digging up the my yard to install my underground tank, running gas lines, installing the fireplace and a great presentation showing me how to use the fireplace and the hazards of improper use. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend their services for anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks again McNeil Team. Another Happy Customer- Bill Davis

The Raeford office is always friendly and helpful with our propane and diesel gas needs. I can’t say enough good things about Peggy. She is so patient. My Granddad worked for McNeill Oil back in the 50s in Aberdeen.

Best Propane Company in the area. We were serviced by a local competitor for three years and were frustrated by the poor customer service and not being able to have propane delivered in a timely manner. We changed over after talking to the McNeill front office. Davis (VP), Ashley (front desk), Ricky Rowe (Technician) and Chris Boyette (Driver) were the best. Professional, friendly, courteous, and responsive- everything you expect from a family owned local business. If you're receiving service from somebody else, you're missing out. This company is awesome!

Just bought gas for 19cents less just down road in Raeford. He seems to always be 10-19 higher than just about all places just outside Moore County!

A week ago I noticed my tank running low and new I should call McNeill in the morning. Before I called the next day McNeill truck showed up and filled my tank. Wow. Now that is service.
