Don’t do business with these people. They are shady and deceiving. I hope this car dealership goes out of business.

My wife was in town and noticed one nail in her tire. I can appreciate why she stopped to get it repaired but it was a place she was unfamiliar with. It was almost $40 to patch the tire. She asked why $40? The answer was.....there were three other nails in the tire so they went ahead and put 4 patches on.I checked it when I got home. 1 patch. Thanks fellas

Brought a vehicle from this dealership. After having the vehicle for less than a week I noticed there was a noise in the front end when you turned to wheel to the left and it sounded like the wheel was loose. I was told by the Salesman RJ to take the vehicle to a certified mechanic and the dealership would pay for the parts and labor. The mechanic stated that both front struts were bad and both lower ball joints were cracked. I got two estimates. Total cost was $1500. Spoke with dealership and was told “To have mechanic fix the vehicle and send them the invoice”. When the vehicle was repaired I called the dealership and was given the run around about payment for the repairs. I was told I would be cash app the money on that Tuesday but the money never was received. I attempted to contact the dealership and the salesman but no response by phone or text. I finally contacted a business partner. He stated that he was aware of my situation but was unaware that they were responsible for the entire bill. He stated he would contact the salesman and reach back out to me. After informing him of another issue that was I felt deceiving he stated “Send him the information and he would look into that also”. When he finally contacted me back thru text he stated “His hands were tied and he could do nothing about the deal”. A post was made congratulating me on purchasing the vehicle and stating the car came with a unlimited mileage car shield warranty. Interesting because the business partner stated there was nothing in my folder about a car shield warranty. Now the business partner has my number blocked from his phone and the salesman won’t answer either phone number he has. I’m still stuck with a $1500 repair bill to pay. This was a very shady deal. So all my options have be exhausted so I will be seeing them in civil court. Sad Sad Sad situation that could have been handled differently by the dealership. I wish I could them zero stars. RJ and Matt y’all could have handled this differently.

New water pump and New power steering pump parts and labor... $1,526.50, Struts and passenger side control arm parts and labor... $854.00. Since you’re not a mechanic but a salesman when can we meet you for reimbursement since the charger had a 1 year warranty and it was purchased in October 2020..... Correction September 2020

Dishonest people. Once purchase was made car broke down with smoke coming out. Took it back and mechanic mis diagnosed the issues. Took car to 2 reputable mechanic business. They were shocked the car passed inspection. Told me to report M&M Automotive to BBB. Car is not working. Spent so much money to repair. Still not working. M&M at dishonest people...

I went to this car lot on a Friday expecting to get a decent car. Looked a few cars and decided on the car I wanted. All the cars were very filthy inside but I was assured they were in good condition. I test drove the car I purchased and at that time there were no problems. Sunday I noticed my driveway was full of oil that leaked from the car. Took it to a mechanic and found out that the car had blown head gaskets. The owner assured me that this car had no issue except for cosmetic although I was buying it ‘as is'. Someone put something in it to thicken the oil and because I drove it for a few days the oil heated up and thinned out. I was very disappointed! I just purchased the car and now it was going to cost me $950 more to get fixed. Had I known this, I wouldnt have purchased. I reached out to the dealership and they only offered to help me fix it which at that point I was already lied to so I did not trust them enough to work on my car. The owner advised me he could not give me any money back. Since Ive had the car Ive had nothing but problems. I guess you can say I purchased a lemon. I am hoping to help someone else out not to get taken advantage of like I did. I explained how important it was for me to have a decent car since Im nursing school. Some people are in the business of only making money in todays society and its sad. I will also be reporting them to the BBB as well. I was totally taken advantage of! Moral of the story is to just stay away! Its not worth the hassel, the headaches nor the lemons they sale!
