I had great experience with my agent, Ms B, at Jackson Hewitt, getting through the intricacies of my personal account with professionalism and warm personal manner .. the only reason I did not give 5 STAR'S was because the cost of my tax preparation was exorbitantly high and though I take the responsibility of not asking for a quote beforehand, I feel the company should be transparent, posting their fee's before they start the process.

Greg Downer was my tax preparer. He did an outstanding job. I had a number of questions and he had the answers. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I had a very pleasant experience when having my taxes prepared this year. I came in, dropped my taxes off and they were finished in under an hour. I was able to run an errand while waiting and when I came back, all I had to do was sign. Jessica G. made this an extremely fast and efficient process. Jessica G. was very knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding of my needs. I recommend Jackson Hewitt 100%! If Jessica G. is available, definitely request her services.

This is the second year we have filed with this JH office. The person doing our taxes is knowledgeable and explains everything as we go along. It is a relief to just give in our information and have someone else do it. We can even drop it off and come back another day without having to sit there while it's being done. They are very helpful with suggestions.
