I wanted some salon-quality conditioner but the bottles were so dusty I didn't want to touch them (or risk buying old products that looked expired). I went to Ulta instead, they take better care of their inventory & it’s a nicer vibe even though Great Clips is closer & easier to get into & out of.

I absolutely deeply regret going here, I literally cried on the way home, and I’ve been crying ever since I got my hair done here. She cut it way too short, my curl pattern is absolutely destroyed and she Literally cut my bangs basically off and it took years to grow them out. On top of that she was cutting my hair way too quickly and it was very uneven. I paid $50 to look like absolute hot garbage. I can now do absolutely nothing with my hair, and I’m gonna have to wear a hat from now on just for it to grow back out. I literally wish I could have my money back. I should’ve gone to a real hairdresser.

There was only two people working, and they seemed extremely rushed, they wanted to use their own tools that came from home, which I personally thought was very unhygienic. Once I was up, the lady couldn't even figure out how to get me in their system and then whenever I went to go sit down. I showed them photos and videos on exactly how I wanted it and it wasn't that hard at all. I should have done my hair myself at home. She decided to cut basically 3 inches of my hair off all the way up to my shoulders, and then twisted my bangs and cut them. My bangs weren't even supposed to be that short to begin with because they were supposed to complement the haircut that I showed them. I just wanted to hurry up and leave because I don't have the confidence to tell them how fucking bad it was. I literally had to pay them almost $60 just to look like hot garbage I literally wish I can get that money back because I look absolutely stupid and I cannot style my hair at all and I'm basically forced to wear hats at the beginning of summer just to hide the ridiculous mess that they left behind. It seemed like a lot of people were leaving unsatisfied because everybody's hair was all choppy. I honestly just advise you to go to a real hairdresser and spend over $100 to get your hair done because this was absolutely ridiculous. I literally regret walking in there.

The only person who could repair the damage done to my hair over the 7 years I have lived here was Jessica. I was so traumatized by the time I got there, I had to wear a scarf around my head for 3 days before I was composed enough to go there for a $12 haircut. She took her time cutting my hair, but it always meant as short as possible. For example, a Mohawk at Famous Hair and also at Ulta Beauty Salon.

Got a haircut recently. I'm not sure what was taking place but I don't think I will return.Requested a faux hawk cut and provided pictures for reference however the lady didn't know how to cut. Instead of cutting to length first, all she did was point cut everything and would ask if that's good enough. I had a liitle but of hair clay in, not much, but she never wet the hair down and attempted to cut everything dry. Another employee attempted to show her and explain how to correctly cut my hair but still continued only point cuts. I was left with 1 inch length in front and twice as long in the middle. I felt like a guinea pig. After she asked again if it was good enough. I just left.
