“I love this place. I have ordered from here at least a dozen times. Yes, sometimes things take longer than expected, but as a logical individual I know that there are many steps in the process and not all of them are a reflection of Alex and his company. The furniture is quality and the customer service is awesome, but I am also kind to others...I read some other posts...If you are unkind to others you should not expect others to sit and take your rudness even if they are working for a business...they are humans also, not personal punching bags. Your rudness will not help make the delivery company get your furniture to the warehouse quicker. Someone always gets back to me quickly when I have questions. They have sat with me and helped me find items when I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. They communicated with during off hours and when I have an issue they do their best to fix it. The prices are amazing! Keep up the great work guys...I will keep recommending you to everyone!”
