Horrible communication. Cant get in touch with my agent, does not return calls. All I do is wait. BTW, if you use my build tool to build you rooms, them look on amazon you can get the same thing from amazon, save hundreds and get it faster.

The phone system so cumbersom. I just needed to buy a plumbing part and I had to press 5 options and still did not get to talk to anyone. Just hung up and ordered off the internet. This is why businesses struggle.

My wife and I were in the store looking for faucets and lights…no one seemed interested in helping us or even acknowledging that we were there We won’t be back, very poor and unfriendly customer service.
