Came to get a flu shot & was told the only pharmacist was pumping & then it would be too close to lunch for them to do anything. Very frustrating. I understand needing to pump, but being so close to lunch, it felt like a very inopportune time. Plus, if anyone had pharmacist questions or a controlled medication needed to be filled, would that individual just have to come back after lunch too? Working in a retail setting myself, it would’ve been nice to have been told I can make an appointment online instead of just assuming I could make it back after lunch and to be brushed off.

Stopped to get prescription filled, was the only person in line and was told 2.5 hours. Decided to come back the next morning and it was still not ready. I understand that it can be difficult but this is crazy. The pharmacist was rude and obviously just not good. We will not be back.

Customer service is god awful. Sat in the drive through tonight for 12 minutes to pick up a prescription- couldn’t go in with a sleeping kiddo and dog in the car. Made it to the window at 759 where the girl had the window half closed, smiled/ laughed “we’re closed” even though I had been there and they saw me waiting. They’re always slow to fill meds, if they even have them in stock. Let’s not even talk about how they genuinely refuse to answer the phone. Employees here are a JOKE.

Takes days for a refill. After going in person I was told next day. 2 days later I show up and it still wasn't ready! Also, no one answers the phone. App to manage prescriptions only can do so much, then says contact the pharmacy. . . . But when they don't answer it's no help!UPDATE. I Called corporate, they helped me get through. I was told its a 10day lead time for refills. The tech was extremely rude. And then the customer service rep backed her up, saying if they're behind thats it. I said she was rude. She said, nope sounded ok to me.Oh well, on to another pharmacy. But if CVS can't work with the amount of traffic in this town, close your doors. Time for you to go!

Vaccine appointment customers have to wait around for 20+ minutes. Also, they take over 24 hours to fill a prescription.

The staff is always helpful and courteous. Visited again this week and pleased to say it was an exceptional visit. Customer service was superb. I was stuck at the self check out using an OTC card with a balance due. The woman that came over finished the transaction at a register. Explained what was happening along the way, so i wasn't just "waiting around". She even kindly helped me sign up for the CVS carepass. ☆☆☆☆☆

This is the absolute worst place to have a prescription filled. Multiple times I have put in an order on the app, and after days of it not being worked on, I have to call to have someone actually start to work on it. Tonight my wife, who waited all day to get a script filled, was told that it would be ready by 6:45. We show up at 7:45 and was told they were too busy to fill it and we would have to come back tomorrow. Mind you there was no one waiting in line at the pharmacy or in the drive thru. She asked if they could please spend the last 15 minutes of their shift to fill it because she has been in pain all day, and she was told no. We are done.

Front of store staff nice and always helpful with pick up ordersPharmacy dept a struggle here- Twice they couldn’t find a refill of mine over the phone until I drove in with previous prescription bottle- couldn’t find prescription last time even though they notified me it was ready- for this store you have to have an appt for a flu shot after 10am. I’ve been going to cvs for the last 8 years to get mine and no other store required it. It doesn’t say it anywhere on their website or in the email encouraging ppl to get the flu shot so wasted the drive there

Sat on hold for the pharmacy to try to switch to this store since I just moved to the area. No one ever picked up the phone after calling multiple times. I will go to a different pharmacy all together.

There is no “good” CVS, but this pharmacy might be one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Excessive waits, unresponsive phones and improperly trained pharmacy technicians. Net income for CVS was $4B in 2022. Do better!!!

Horrible service! I waited in line for 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. They chatted with car in front of me until closing time. When it was my turn at 8:01pm, they closed the window on me. If I could give NO star, I would! Pissed ex- customer.

I have used CVS in Aberdeen, NC for about 6 years. Recently, the pharmacy has taken 5-6 days to fill/refill a prescription. I learned that this particular store is the only CVS to fill prescriptions for the entire county. The staff is overworked and impatient, even when a basic question is asked. It is also nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. If this continues, I will change pharmacies to avoid the continued hassle of using this CVS.

Worst ever experience. EVER! Will NOT return. Savannah R was disrespectful and had absolutely NO customer service! Assistant manager Heather has no true management presence. I waited for 10 minutes for help at photos while 10-12 people came in and checked out. And then Savanah (a teenager) talked to me about how I should respect her when she showed me (an adult) absolutely no respect or customer service. What a train wreck of an operation. I’m waiting for the manager Kelly Leaks to contact me as Heather did not give me any relevant method of filing a complaint.

Luther, the pharmacist, routinely lies, saying they never received the prescription but my doctors office shows me on their program that it was received and verified. I've switched to Harris Teeter on Ivey Lane and very happy with them.

Horrible customer service, left on hold for 2 hours to transfer a rx that they could not fill and refused to give back and said just call and we will transfer for you and when we spoke to the store manager he just put me back on hold again for another 20 minutes. Finally hung up and called Walgreens to request they retrieve the rx which they agreed to do.
