“My rating is due to Imani because she was super helpful in making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to go back and get a different vehicle because we were traveling to Baltimore for a funeral and Imani made the experience very smooth and professional. My only negative comment is the cleaning crew could have done a little better with cleaning the vehicle on the inside even with it being a little rushed for us to pick up. I very picky to a clean vehicle inside.”
“When we ssk for the impossible the good folks at Hertz came through. We had planned a trip to see my wife's son in the mountains and our car rental fell through. After calling hertz in Pinehurst they had a 4wheel drive and away we go. Thanks to the young man behind the counter.”
