My first time here and Soummer aka summer lol was just great. I came in had a lot of questions and she answered them with no attitude and all smiles . Luke was amazing as well helpd me get a quote and purchase material, he made the process easy and had a great attitude as well. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The delivery driver's are subpar. They damage the delivery and leave it. You pick materials and what comes out to the job is totally opposite of what was picked in the showroom. The 2 by 4 s had mold on them.

Over the phone, everything was great. Location is not hard to get to and it is noticeable from the road. Check out desk it right there when entering through the front doors. There is alot of product inside. Tools to doors and etc. I needed a small amount of wood so I got it wrote up at the front desk. I asked if there was a military discount. They said yes and they usually do it as a contractor price. But for some reason the guy at the front desk could not do it this time after typing on the computer. So they can do it but they won't do it. Then I went to the back to get my wood. Stopping at the gate for an employee to tell me he thinks he knows where the wood is. The place isn't very big and he sent me to the wrong spot. He asked if I needed help and I said yes. He said someone is out there and they will help you. We'll after searching for the right stuff the same guy walked past me twice and didn't bother to help and there was no other employees out there. The untreated wood is kept out in the elements and has to be the poorest quality I have ever seen. Entire stack of 2x4's all had bark and chewed out parts and this stuff is high priced. They were wet and i tried to pick the best but the best were bad.This was my first ever experience with this location and I will not be back. The employee experience was not great. The product was not great. First impressions was a flunk on this one.

Used to eat there when it was Linda's and liked it. It was kind of grubby, but the food was good and we knew the people.First time there and what a change! Totally redecorated, bright, clean and comfortable. New people who are friendly and attentive. Food is great and reasonably priced. It's our new regular spot.Try it. You'll like it. We'll see you there.

Great customer service, wide selection of materials and very easy to work with. The front desk sales representative (Tiffany) is very helpful and understanding of all the issues that pop up when working on a project. They categorize all your purchases under your overarching project, so it makes it very easy to track your material costs.Delivery is fast, and the delivery driver that I interacted with was extremely polite and dropped my lumber right where I asked.Additionally, one of the managers reviewed my building plans and gave some very helpful tips. I would highly recommend BFS, and have nothing negative to write about this supplier.

Have used them in the past with no issues. Recently , I ordered solid core door and hollow delivered, reached out and said would fix issue. Fast forward 3 weeks and left several messages with no return call. Now says on next truck with only a “sorry” in my mind not sorry. Poor customer service! There seems to be no accountability,
