They need better assistance because today the person that was at the gas station was ruled I dont like that then she rolled her eyes at me. That's just ruled

I went to cash a lotto scratcher and was told that they only cash 100$ or less. The lady behind the counter was really rude and short when I asked about it. From the moment I said excuse me, her eyebrows was raised up and her eyes was all big like how dare I ask her anything!
