Friendly assistance was offered quickly and helped to secure item we were looking for and showed us another item that we did not know they had and also purchased it. We were offered & secured an additional promo reduction in price which made for a pleasant buying experience.

Recent trip to Best Buy was fantastic. Bridget walked us through the options of different Amazon (reader) products to find the best one for our needs. While this store seems to have its ups and downs, my experiences have always been good, if not great.

Victoria/jessie/and garret where excellent customer service reps we had a little hiccup at first but then Victoria came and saved the day they were very professional and friendly and funny I recommend coming to this Best Buy this my new store now
