Great and knowledgeable staff to help, no pressure to make sell like other furniture stores. Affordable prices and American made furniture with great staff, I would recommend if you're looking for great furniture at a reasonable price to check these guys out.

Poor communication skills / Misrepresentation of furniture purchasing! Sold me a "Display", piece of furniture for $3000.00 without telling me it was a "Display".After patronizing this store for 23 years..... NEVER again will I buy from this store! Wish I could give 0 star!

I purchased a sectional living room set ($3000.00) from the Aberdeen, NC store. I went back to the store 3 days later and noticed that this same sectional was not in the store. When questioning the salesperson in regards to this must be a poplar sectional, she stated "No", yours was the " Display". I called the store manager, and he was of no help. I paid full price for a "Display", something that I've never done before. Poor communication & mis representation!!! Had the salesperson as well as the store manager verbalized that this was a "Display", I would have not bought. Im very disappointed in this store being that I have been a patronizing customer for 23 years & to be treated like this is beyond great customer service! Never again!!!

Wow!!! Now that's what I call customer service!! Clay, Tabatha, Ashley,the delivery personnel went out of their way to make my family holiday season 2022 awesome even after a county black out for a week the staff at Babcock in Aberdeen NC never skipped a beat.Clay made grandma happy by delivering her recliner early.Come on corporate do something amazing for your staff they deserve it.Thank you!!!!!

I purchased these 3 things today, the accent cabinet I was able to purchase from the floor as it was the only one around. They really helpful and genuine. I've never been in the chain before and very happy with the quality of furniture.

The staff at the Aberdeen NC location have always been very helpful!Clay has assisted us with many furniture purchases over the years.He’s very accommodating and very honest. We’ve always appreciated that about him!We love the furniture at Babcock!This is our forth home that we’ve bought furniture for, it’s not only beautiful, but well made!!

This is a very nice, well laid out store. They have much to offer. I was looking for a small wall hugging recliner and found a lazyboy that I liked but I specifically wanted one with a lever immediately under the armrest so I wouldn't have to reach down to the bottom to pull a wooden lever. I was unimpressed by the clearance room. I was greeted twice but not offered help which is ok because I found what I was looking for anyways, even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted. I wonder if someone had helped me, I would have been able to order something or maybe they could've had something in the stockroom.

We have purchased several items over the years from Badcock in Aberdeen NC.We start out looking at other stores, but always end up at Badcock. We find just what we were looking for and at a great price!The staff has always treated us so nice, going out of their way to meet our needs.

Went in eager to find a new couch and was greeted with attitude, additionally I asked one of the attendants to come over because we had some questions and the two were “debating” which would walk the 7 ft to actually help us and the guy who did help us seemed in a hurry to get back to the front desk and randomly walked away without a word when I had a few more questions, I guess the furniture store up the road will be getting my business because they were WAY more attentive and professional.

Been calling since Jan to have someone look at my new couch the back has come loose. No one has ever called me back. Called again in early Aug they said the repair guy comes at the end of the month and would call for an appt. after not receiving a call for the 5 th time I called on the 30 th for an update then was told my warranty expired. So I went to tell the mgr the story he was asking around what this paper for someone just printed my sales info and left it sitting around no not nothing. Once I explained my story he basically told me tiff crap your out of warranty and today was the first he's herd of it so tuff luck. Could of cared less even said if I called back when I said I did they couldent do anything cause of covid. I understand covid has everyone backed up but months without a callback then told tuff luck really stinks after spending 5 grand. I'm disabled or would do it myself he dident even offer a number for repair guy. Disappointing need to find a place that cares about customer service. Could of called a repair guy months ago had I been told but I called while it was still under warranty the first time. Need negative stars

My only hesitation in leaving a review is that I have to give a single star. Other than no greeting/help finding anything, the people behind the desk seemed alright. After going through all the paper processes the only thing left is my delivery date. The lady and two guys (one later claiming to be a manager on the phone a few days later) behind the counter discussed back order, then said I would have it Monday. To help make space, On Saturday I threw away the old furniture that was getting replaced, thinking I could survive a day with no bedroom furniture as the dump is closed on Sundays. After not hearing anything, I call Sunday evening to be told it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. The lady on the phone was very rude, as she kept cutting me off mid-sentence. Of course after not hearing anything, I call on Wednesday to be told it would be one more day. Aside from being promised false delivery days, I ended up having to go to work late so they could deliver (I told them what time I had to leave and they said they they could make it happen in time on Thursday). I had them place everything in the living room in pieces as they showed up later than expected so I could do it myself when I get home. At no point did I receive any calls about any problems, I had to call and find out myself, and I do have a copy of the Monday promise. If I hadn’t already thrown away the furniture to make it easy on the them I would absolutely want a refund. I’ve never bought new furniture before and I never will again at Badcock.
