Very unsanitary. No tools used on me were new, the nail file used on me was very obviously used on different customers before me. He dropped the nail buffer when doing my pedicure and continued to use that same buffer on me. Started using a drill to take my gel polish off and caused a burning sensation on my toenail. Very gross, i'll be surprised if i don't get an infection. My polish on my toes is see through and lumpy. Barely scrubbed my feet and gave me a lousy massage which left oil all over my feet and made me slide around in my shoes when i went to leave.

Came here for a fill on my lunch. I've previously been here but it was well probably two years ago. I was working in the area so I opted to stop in. It was empty and I was seated right away. The inside is really nice and upon inquiring, I was told they had just finished renovating in May. My nail tech was Colby. He was very nice and personable. I didn't have to direct him on how to shape my nails. I'm pleased with his work. I paid $35 for a fill with a gel color. They are moderately priced for this area in Southern Pines. Colby did say that $35 included if someone wanted a cut down or needed a nail replacement or two. With that, I feel the $35 price is reasonable. I would return

Let me start by saying I think it all depends on who you get... that said, me and mom went in for a quick pedicure. We both had an ingrown toenail. The guy that did moms feet was very attentive and looked like he was doing great. The lady that did my pedicure "Hana T" was the name on my receipt, kept pushing for me to get the $45 or $55 special. She said it like 3 or 4 times, despite me telling her the choice I wanted. When I finally said I think I'll just take the Basic Pedicure, she stopped talking. She then started pushing Manicures. She never clipped the nails. I basically paid $30 for someone to rub lotion on my legs and for me to soak my feet in water. She poured cuticle oil on my toes, and literally walked away... it looked like my toes had been soaking in oil. She then she Shuffled around the shop like she had nothing to do. I had to wipe the oil off myself!!! I will not be back.

I went in today with a friend- I got a pedicure ( not even the basic one). They had an issue with me being allergic to latex, but eventually worked that out. I was tried to upsell the entire time- but I get it, it's a business. For 40 dollars, I had some lotion rubbed on my legs and OMG, when I tell you my 11 year old could have done a better job painting my toes I MEAN IT... BLOTCHY and paint on my skin. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I'm going to see if I can upload a picture of my heels- The reason I went in!!! I'm super bad with confrontation and just wanted to leave. The lady never came back to check on my toes. #roughheels #blotchypaint #unhappyfeet #badservice Side note- my tools were not taken out of a sterilized pouch... Unknown about an autoclave.

I tried to resolve an issue through messenger with no response so I'm trying this route. I have gone to Angie's many times and had great service and results however last week when I went I got a 20 min pedicure and left with feet that literally felt much rougher than when I came in. Had a toenail that had gunked up fingernail polish on it snd asked the tech to fix it and he said it was due to a dip in my nail. My response was “first I had heard or seen if thatâ€. Went home took the nail polish off my big toe and it was smooth as silk..no dip in my nail

I tried Angie's on a friends recommendation, and I am so impressed with the quality of service! My first visit, they resolved some issues that I was unable to fix from a different salon, and with my third visit, I brought my husband, son, and friend for pedis. We have tried many salons in Moore and Cumberland counties, and this was the best experience by far for the guys' pedis. I have zero complaints about my acrylic fills or gel polish. Moving to a new town is always difficult, and I am so glad that we found Angie's

Everyone is very friendly. They took their time with our manicures and pedicures. I felt like they were paying attention to me like I'm human and not talking to their co-workers like I wasn't there like so many other salons. I drove there from my hometown of Laurinburg because this place is worth it! All three of us that went there today were very pleased with the service. This was not my first time visiting this salon. It has never disappointed me yet. I will drive 35 minutes again to go get my mani and pedi done there

Was needing a pedicure in a crunch... had to remove all polish due to recent surgery. I guess my usual salon has spoiled me! I was used to a vigorous massage and more when I pay for the spa pedicure... NOT what I got here. My usual is about 10-15 minutes in the whirlpool, 15-20 minutes of deep exfoliating, 30 minutes of heavy massage with spa treatment, hot towels, hot rocks, AND hot wax! Then... The finishing touches of color....... Well over an hour of pure relaxation. My whole experience lasted less than 40 minutes TOPS! The facility was clean, the employees friendly... but not what I what looking forward to.

I went in today with my mom and sister and the customer service was great!!! Especially the lady that greeted us offering us complimentary drinks and snacks, she was super sweet and would go back just for her. My mom and I had a pedicure and my sister had SNS nails. For a $28 basic pedi I was hoping for a little more massage, instead of a quick and rushed pedi, which is what it felt like. When I got home I noticed that my two pinky toes weren't even painted all the way, half of both toes were unpainted. I also asked the lady to file my toenails down and I don't think she even did that. Thankfully my sister was really happy with her experience. I get pedicures often and I just feel like this wasn't what I normally get other places. I know we could've paid $15+ extra for the more extensive spa pedis, but I honestly thought for a $28 SPA pedi we'd get more of a spa treatment than we got. 3 stars for a friendly atmosphere and complimentary snacks, but also just 3 stars for what I seemed was a "cheap" spa pedi.

I enjoy Angie nails and have been coming here for awhile now. I only have Katie do my nails (pink and white ombre), and everyone is great for pedis (occasionally the stones are a bit hot). Yes, sometimes they don't offer a drink or snack and they rush a bit, but it's normal when a business has back to back clients. I've tried every single nail salon in the area and always come back here.

I really don't understand why this place has such low reviews. Yesterday we had a spa pedi. It was on hour of bliss. Slices of cold grapefruit was massaged into my feet and legs, also, Aloe Vera and hot stones. Amazing choice or polish colors that don't smell tonic. There is also a drink menu of wine/beer/waters/sodas and various snacks. Probably the best pedi I have ever had.
