cannot get anyone to answer calls have been paying for insurance on a truck that is parked the service is very poor

I cannot find their phone number on my pink slip or on the computer. The only number they have is for claims, which I don't need. It is 15 minutes later and still cannot find a contact number for a quote or to talk about my insurance policies I have had for years.
