This place was recommended to me by two friends. Fantastic service here, and great quality products. I had really informed employees to help me choose the right hiking shoe. They also kept the shoes on hold overnight for me, so I could come back and try them on with my ankle brace the following day.

Been going to Outfitters on and off over the years when I'm looking for new gear. Staff have always been helpful and full of knowledge about what they carry in store. Both locations are excellent and I have never had a bad experience.

Ordered a Ladies Outdoor Research Winter parka online. Process was very fast and easy! Called me 20 minutes later to say it was ready for pick up. The service was top notch! (Also, love the jacket!)

I am going back and forth with them on a jersey we ordered for our Grandson's birthday. We have not received the jersey but our credit card was certainly billed! The emails are now telling me to re-order. Is this place a scam???Beware before you order!

Great store for outdoor gear, very helpful and friendly staff. My husband bought a Tilly hat in a color that we haven't seen in the states. Location in the heart of St. John's Water Street, very walkable area.

Excellent service without any purchasing pressure but with good suggestions. If you've underestimated how cold it can be in NL in April (like I did), this is a great spot to pick up a quality hat or other gear to survive that Atlantic wind.

Just a quick shout out to John and Rick and all the helpful staff at our longstanding institution of local outdoor gear providers. They have always been there for me in a pinch. From going out of their way to donate the support boat for my buddy to participate in the first ever Tickle Swim for Canadian Mental Health, to always making themselves available and providing us with all the gear we have needed to facilitate our outdoor pursuits. *online order* Outfitters adventure NF gave me the best online support I have ever had. Don was very helpful and understanding of our needs for cross country skis. I really feel that the priority here is customer satisfaction. No matter our knowledge of the sport, Don kindly answered our questions. They had a great selection of xc skis, even considering it's mid season. They also have a good website. I wish the physical store was here in Saskatoon! Thank you.
