I walked in just to see if I could maybe look at the dresses to see what they had (I drove 4 hours) but the two women who were there just gave me a dirty look and very rudely told me I needed an appointment. I understand the appointment thing but there was literally NO ONE else there at the time. It’s not like I was looking to try them on. They made me feel guilty for even walking in. The other bridal place I went in st johns was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will never consider going back here to buy my dress.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The overall experience was very smooth and positive. Rented tux for a wedding. Would rent from here again.

We went to pick out my daughters graduation dress and our experience was a GREAT one. The staff are very professional, and know exactly how to help someone choose that right dress. Very Friendly staff, and Great customer service.

Loved that it was a private, intimate and fun wedding dress appt! Recommend this spot, it was a great collection and it didn't feel rushed like other wedding dress shops in the area.

During Covid, it was too busy. They had too many appts booked. One sales lady was not very nice to me or my daughter who was looking for a grad dress. She only was interested in 1 appt and the other lady was lovely but she could not keep up with the 3 other appts. As well as others in the store. I will never go back there. And I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Honestly I loved this place. I've used the model shop on many occasions, but the last was the best. They made my covid ceremony something super easy to plan and made it super easy to order, pick up and drop off!!!

I visited the model shop to rent a tuxedo for my brothers wedding. While a little pricey, the selection of styles and colors are amazing. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is due to the size selection of their shoes. While I take a size 12 normally I struggled to fit my feet into them, and a size 13 was just a little to small I managed with them because a size 14 was not available. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and even packed my tuxedo away after the final fitting.
