Was served by one of the staff on Saturday dec 16th in the electronics section around 12:40pm and he was from Canada.Amazing guy with genuine intentions of helping rather than selling me something. I was there to buy a mag safe wireless charger because my charging port was giving me issues. He empathized with my situation and went above and beyond by asking me about the issue, cleaning the port of my phone and testing it with his own charger.Amazing fellow, nice to talk to and exceptional customer service. Definitely deserve to be a Manager or should be given a raise.

MAHMUD, THE BELL REP AT STAPLES MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH STAPLES FOR OVER A YEAR, HE TOOK HIS TIME TO SHOW ME WHERE I COULD GET WHAT, EVEN ASSISTED ME IN SELECTING THE INK FOR MY PRINTER WHEN I HAD NO IDEA HOW MY CARTRIDGE TO BE REPLACED LOOKED LIKE.

waited 30 mins to get 8 sheets of paper printed off and got charged $12 as opposed to like $3 because I didn't have my credit card on me and had to use debit

Worst customer service experience at photo and printing. They clicked photo for immigration purposes and it was rejected by officials because of it was not cleared. Upon telling manager Rodsy, she said we have to pay again and not responsible for it. She was rude and talking like we are an alien. Fake claims about photo guarantee by staples. I would not recommend at all.

Brought a computer in to get repaired. Waited by an empty counter for ten minutes. Guy comes along and says, repair guy is on break, come back in 20 minutes.No, “Hi, what can I help you with?” Could have taken notes and contact info and took the computer as has been done before. But no.Don’t bother bringing anything in to get fixed.

Good store and the staff are very nice. But the corporate needs to hire more staff as they are always working as quickly and hard as they can but you always have to wait a long time to get help despite that.

While in St. John's, I went to a Staples store on Kelsey Dr, for help in resolving a small issue with my laptop. A sales associate helped resolve the issue. I was impressed with the knowledge and the sincerity of the man who helped. A good tablet was on my bucket list for a long time. I ended up purchasing a new tablet in the store.

Extremely helpful staff, came in looking for batteries for a light up christmas sweater and without knowledge on replacing the batteries. A lovely lady not only verified the type needed, but helped replace them as well as fumbled with the wires and the placement of the batteries for a good 5 or 10 minutes after the new batteries were not working and the lights would not come on. Even got another staff member to help out with the lights and got it eventually working, would certainly have tipped if I had change on me. This lady dedicated her time to helping a customer without any benefit to herself, thank you so much.

I wandered around the store a considerable time before finding what I was looking for.....and not a staff member in sight. I think I saw a couple of tumbleweeds roll past. I did manage to get what I wanted due to a great staff member that I found. This isn't a slight to the staff there; they were doing great with the numbers they have. Lack of available workers and somewhat poor business management.
