Very kind service! Carl was very helpful, showed me the part taken out and what was wrong with it, as well as what the part should look like in good working order

Unfortunately, I can't give a 6 star! I have a RV flat tire and I suspected it was not repairable. When I arrived, 2 guys removed the tire from the rim and show me that it has to be changed. They ordered the same tire and to avoid us waiting, one service tech jump on his car to get the tire asap. They change the spare with new, check the pressure and torque for the 3 remaining wheels. Wow! Thanks again!!

Been getting everything done here since 2018. Excellent service. Tire changes, brakes, servicing, oil, questionable sounds; all of it. Very helpful and knowledgeable without pushing anything unnecessary. Friendly staff, efficient and affordable.

Dropped off a tire with a slow leak to be fixed and they had it done before I had a chance to leave the parking lot. A bit expensive but no more so than other places

Awful customer service. Don't be surprised if your appointment gets canceled on the day of because they forgot to tell you they need a deposit before they'll order parts. Oh you booked today off work a week in advance? Your car has literally been sitting in their parking lot with the keys in it since the night before waiting to be worked on? Sorry, they still need that $200 deposit on an AC compressor because you might not show up (even though your car is already there). Loved finding that out at 1pm. Oh also don't be surprised if they call you at 440pm on a Friday and tell you that you have 20 mins to get down there or they will keep your vehicle over the weekend. Would have been nice to know that at 8am when I dropped it off. Not sure why they think this stuff is even remotely acceptable but they aren't even apologetic about it. It's YOUR fault (for not taking it somewhere else). Go to A+. They're only up the road and they offer a free shuttle.Edit: This is a review from 2021. I edited out a spelling mistake I noticed today and it changed the posting date.

Visiting from out of province and somehow ended up with a flat tire that needed replaced. Called tirecraft on Torbay Rd and they got me in as soon as I could get my car there. Connor (I believe that was his name) worked through his lunch break to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We were in and out in less than an hour. Cannot recommend this place enough!

In the past I have bought my Michelin X-Ice tyres here for each of my vehicles. I will not be coming here anymore. The last time I was there they would not price match Costco where the same set of Michelin X-Ice tires was over $100 cheaper! They installed our tires and forgot to advise us that our vehicle needs tire pressure monitors. So we were driving around for a few days with the warning lights on. We came back to get those put on. But I thought since in the past they have given me good service I would stick with them. My most recent experience was even worse. I had a nail in my tire, that produced a very slow leak but I wanted it fixed. When I called they let me know that it would be possible to be fixed. I agreed to have it fixed. They showed my father the tire and told him that they fixed it but were not sure how long it would last. They charged him $30 plus tax for this service. I called to double check to see if we needed a new tire or if the fix would hold. They said they didn't actually fix it and there slow leak was still there. My question is, why would you let a customer leave without saying, your tire is still leaking, you need a new tire. Now we have paid $30 just to drive away with the same issue. Instead of them recommending we get a new tire instead as they are the experts. I asked if we could just buy a new tire instead of paying $30. They said no, we'd still have to pay for the fix of the tire that can't be fixed and on top of that buy a new tire. I guess from now on I will buy all my Michelin X-Ice tires at Costco where they are cheaper and have a much better warranty. Thank you for the terrible customer experience and lack of expertise today as it has slowly deteriorated over time. I would not trust them anymore after they let us drive off with a leaking tire, even though that is what we came for. Advice on wether to fix it, or get a new one. No wonder local business are losing out to big retail stores. The service at Costco where my girlfriend gets her tires is ten times better. I guess I was loyal to a fault.
