Lack of customer service. Walk into the store, only had one hello from a staff member that walked by. Looked at shoes, nobody even batted an eye at me. Completely ignored me. Never shopping here again. This is why I prefer to shop online. Ridiculous.

Felt like pulling teeth trying to get assistance. Products are scattered throughout the store i.e. underwear were in 5 different locations, very difficult to find things. Overall very unpleasant, I just gave up and went to footlocker.

No one around to help in footwear, no one around in menswear, no one around to open the fitting rooms and only one person on the front cash. I think she was the only employee in the whole store.
