The staff were not accommodating and would not take back a jacket that was defective because the tag was not on it. I had the receipt and there was another jacket in stock but they told me I had to go to another store where I bought the jacket in another part of the city to get a refund or exchange. The other store did not have the jacket in stock so I would have had to come back to this store again to get the replacement. Very bad customer service in my opinion

Had such a great experience here
I was greeted immediately with such a nice girl, she asked me if i needed a room got me set up asap. And after being checked out, all the girls were so friendly and accommodating

Had an email telling me I have points to spend gets to the store the sales person says I have no points. I showed her the email and she said she can't do anything about it and I can't have my discount. Poor service if you ask me .....then proceeded to say well at least you got our in-store promotion like she was doing me a favor, it was the promotion anyway!

Had an awesome experience, store manager Danielle was exceptional! Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I was looking for .. jeans, tops and blazers! I also took notice to how she treated each and every customer with such passion to help them! She really stood out very polite and beautiful gentle lady

I visited Ricki's on 18/11/2023 in search of an (agonizingly) specific dress pant to pair with a jacket I already own. I'm afraid I've forgotten the names of the incredible staff members working that day, but all three of them knew their inventory well and very quickly helped me narrow down the viable options. The store was somewhat busy, but the transition between associates from floor to change room to register was utterly seamless. Sincerely the best customer service I've had in years. I genuinely hate shopping for clothing but that team made it a great experience.
