I recently bought an SUV at Keith Gordon's I was already very pleased with the friendly service and price. 2 weeks later service engine light came on it was a sensor, cheap part but a lot of labour. I contacted Keith and without hesitation fixed it absolutely free of charge. Keith, Les,Chad,Chris and others who's names I didn't catch (sorry) thanks for the excellent service.

Exceptional sales service, very helpful and straightforward. I had a minor issue but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the staff. Chad was great to deal with. (Update- I was offered a gas card by staff as an apology for gas light being on when I got the car, was told to drop by and pick it up. I wasn't able to drop by unfortunately but the great staff sent it to me in the mail.)Highly recommend checking out these guys if looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

Bought an older Volkswagen a little over a year ago, I thought I could trust a used lot because I have little knowledge about cars, but it has been nothing but trouble. Realized about 3 months after I purchased it that the wiring has major issues, and is not worth fixing due to the condition of the rest of the vehicle. They passed inspection with the horn not working, and I still haven’t even gotten a call back about why it was passed when I was I told they would call me back. I’ve had to replace quite a few parts that I was told had been replaced. Very unhappy customer and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.
