Did not like the selection of men's clothing at all. Maybe there was nothing there that suits my age group but nobody approached me to check what I was actually looking for! Not for me!

Absolutely worst customer service and ridiculous management there…!! Took few sets of new born’s clothing that’s attached to small hangers…! Cashier was taking the hangers off that will mixup all the different sizes together…! So I asked not to. She called the manager to get permission for the hangers and manager approved that…!! But manager didn’t honour the promotion for the clearance and told me it was HnM’s policy….! I decided not to buy and left…!!

Love the kids section and post baby I found clothes to fit and it wasn't XL undersized it was medium and so comfy.

When I was purchasing two sale items, I asked a salesperson and cashier a few times if I can return the items if these don't fit after I try these at home. I asked them several times because their fitting room is closed and I need to give a trial at home, and I also don't know which size will fit me. They told me I can return with full refund within one month. I purchased medium size as that size from other clothing store fits me. Unfortunately their medium size was too large for me and later I went there and the smaller sizes were not available. I requested them for a refund but they told me that I can exchange only, I will not get the refund. The cashier talked to manager and the manager came. Manager was rude and Manager's attitude and behaviour clearly expressed that she doesn't care about customer. The worst experience I have in any clothing store in Canada.

I have way more success ordering clothes online than purchasing at this location. The store was poorly laid out. I find inventory limited, and the options are poor. The customer service at cash is 4/5, but on the floor it's as though customers don't exist. I don't need assistance usually, but I find it strange that nobody even makes eye contact. The change rooms are still closed, which is likely a company policy, but I have had to go back three times to make returns and there's always a line-up. There are no mirrors either just to try on a coat or sweater. I don't see how it's safer to have people coming back to the store more often to stand in a long line-up rather than try the clothing on. I was excited for h&m to come to St. John's but disappointed to say I won't be shopping there until at least until the change rooms are open.

My wife was purchasing a Jumpsuit which was tagged for $33.99 ,the girl at the cash said It scanned for $39.99. She took out a pen right in front of us and scratched the tag price off and wrote $39.99 on it and she refused to honor the tag price. Very poor and extremely unprofessional customer service, we will never be shopping here again.

Worst retail experience I had in this city. Their covid policies make no sense (forcing people to come back out in public to exchange clothes that do not fit instead of allowing change rooms --covid is primarily airborn afterall).When I responded with "I don't know my size." An appropriate response would have probably been to grab a tape measure since you are a clothing store instead of saying "well I don't know your size either." And walking away.Rude. Unhelpful. And stupid.

Unfortunately, there is a long waiting at Cash, there are many staff walking around but not comming to help at cash. I waited more than 15 minutes for 10 box T-shirt.One stare is too much for this location.
