I placed a pre-order for S24 Ultra a few days ago from Eastlink and the agent said it would arrive 24th of Jan. I received a call today 23rd from Eastlink and they said your phone is ready to pick up today anytime before 9 pm. Before going in there I called the store a few times over the day and they never picked up my phone call. Finally, when I arrived at the store they told me the phone had not arrived yet and they did not know when it would arrive and you have to wait until the store manager called me. Crazy wild how bad their store services are and will not respond to calls any time period. Every time I go to the store to see employees are chitchatting somewhere else no wonder why they don't pick up the call. Recommendation do not go to Eastlink for anything go somewhere else for better service. I am strongly considering cancelling my order.

Horrible services. Had 2 year contract. First year was ok. Second year had nothing but trouble from always having dropped calls, not being able to make or receive calls,etc. The last straw was when they told me I owed over 300.00. When I new it should of been no more than 100-150. Anyway long story short after getting the run around for about a month. I finally got a hold of a customer representative in st. John's who took the time to actually go through my account . It turn out theyactually owed me a refund which I was suppose to receive over 3 months ago and still haven't!! Worst cell phone provider ever

Of all the companies I have dealt with in my seventy plus years on this wonderful earth, EASTLINK is by far the worst service I have had the misfortune to encounter. Every corner you turn they have roadblocks to prevent you from getting your needs met!

Terrible customer service!Upon moving to a new home, I called to get internet and told the sales rep I needed technicians, because the house was newly wired. They sent one tech, who couldn't do the job, and postponed our appointment by a week. The following week no one showed up, so I called and was informed the appointment was postponed another week. A week later, still no tech showed up and the appointment was postponed yet another week!The reps I spoke with on the phone were not understanding or helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. After moving to a town that did not provide service through Eastlink, I called to cancel my account. I was told I had a balance owing and that I would receive a bill. This was mid January. After a month went by with no bill, I used the chat option on their website to inquire about my balance owing. I was told I owed them nothing and that they actually owed me 33$. I received a cheque in the mail a few weeks later and that was that. Mid May arrived and I get a call from Eastlink telling me I owe over 300$. We have gone back and forth with Eastlink now on a few phone calls and a few emails trying to get this issue sorted out. They said they would send me a bill for half the amount after the May billing cycle was completed. Today, June 22nd, I received a letter from collections that my bill hasn’t been paid. A bill I have still not received. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and will be telling anyone who will listen not to use this service provider. They are absolutely incompetent and have no idea how to deal with their customers.

Even though I was paying my bill, every time I turned on my mobile data, they would block my cellular network as apparently I was using eastlink extension network so suddenly. Had no trouble for 2 years before that. Technical support representative not competent enough to help with my Android phone. Finally had to switch to other service provider.

This location consistently is out of stock. Wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and they didn’t have 2 versions of a phone I wanted for the entire sale. Could have had the phone if I was in NS a week ago.

Extremely bad customer service. I have been waiting for my phone since 2 and a half weeks and everytime I go, it's the iphone shortage. Seems like the company has no phones available. Very unsatisfied with the customer service here.
