My daughter and I visited your St. John’s location yesterday. I was helping my daughter with getting the correct size in your leather pants. My daughter stepped to the side and I was approached by a dark haired middle aged woman who started talking about the stretch in the pants. Didn’t think much of it until she said you know there’s xl over there. I then told her I was shopping for my size medium daughter and she walked away. Honey I already know I am unable to fit in your clothing line but if I wanted to try something you need to keep your mouth quiet. You’re a grown woman and should know better. It didn’t look good on you. I didn’t care but if you said this to someone with mental health issues or an eating disorder it could have went the other way. And by the way you had red lipstick smeared all over your teeth. Just be kind you have no idea what someone may be going through. . Judgement is a real thing in this store.

The service here was great. The employees set up a dressing room while I was shopping, helped me and my friends get different sizes and overall were kind and helpful.

I tend to avoid this store when I'm at the mall because it has a horrible vibe overall... it feels like I'm in high-school again with the judgy attitudes from the employees. When I bought something at my most recent visit the girl who served me was exactly how I predicted.... not even a hi or bye just rang in the shirt, rudely stated the amount and walked away without a word. I know it's a busy time of year but come on... a simple friendly hi would make a world of differenceI guess if you don't look or dress a certain way they just don't like you as a customer.
