Brokerlink have been very accommodating to us over the past several years as we are going through a very trying time with my wife’s cancer.Sometimes we forget to make our required payments and someone will call to give us a friendly reminder.I don’t know if another insurance provider who would do the same!

We recently got canceled from a bank account being closed close to the withdrawal date. We spoke with Dee Parsons our first call and she was the biggest help and had our insurance back up and going within an hour and even with the cancelation our old insurance company canceled us for our bank being closed days before our payment came out.she was so polite,respectful, well mannered, easy to deal with and went above and beyond to help us. I give this insurance company 5 stars solely because of her. Not sure if she's from St.johns brokerlink or not but she is the best i ever dealt with.

Can not do simple transactions, they made a mistake for the direct withdrawal and couldn't even call us. Cancelled the insurance before the date on the letter or before we knew what was going on. Wasted so much our time. Save yourself the headache do not use.
