Ordered online Christmas gifts. Received email with all payment and shipping related information as confirmation. 2 shirts received but I ordered incorrect size so tried to exchange in store. Those shirts not available in store so they asked for a the paper that came with the order. I didn't keep it as I had the email with all information which I assumed was perfectly fine. Apparently (even commented by the casher), their system's are very old fashioned and should be updated but as such, they couldn't accept my email (WITH ALL THE INFORMATION), they had to have the slip that came in the package (which had all the same info). So I am left with 2 shirts that are no good. I've shopped many other places and even exchanged things that very same day at other stores without receipts! (WTG Lululemon and Winners). Terrible systems in place which, in turn, in my opinion leaves everyone with terrible customer service. Oh, and I did email the head office. First email, they ignored (left 3 weeks with no answer but once I followed up, they responded in a day), and apparently due to company and "customer" protection, this is the way they do it. Not sure how that protects the customer because I'm out money. RIDICULOUS PROCESSES ; therefore, SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not set foot in their store again! (Wouldn't give 1 star but had to in order to post)
