I have to thank Brady for his impeccable customer service both during my visit as well as follow ups. Ultimately I did not purchase the CPO car as I decided to fix my current vehicle instead, but Brady was able to answer all of my questions, had extensive knowledge of the vehicle, and also gave me the opportunity to test drive this wonderful car.
I can say BMW is now in my top 3 for my next vehicle, not only for his service, but also experiencing the excellent driving dynamics and also learning about the extended warranties which I believe to be the top in the industry.
Thanks again for the experience.

Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer of BMW St. John's for years. I've purchased five cars from them, totaling well over $400,000, and even referred friends who bought similar amounts. But my recent experiences with the service department have left me so frustrated, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
The sales team at BMW St. John's is fantastic. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always made me feel valued. However, the service department is a completely different story. Dealing with them has been an exercise in disappointment.
Last year, my X5's transmission went out just outside of warranty, resulting in a hefty $35,000 repair bill. While this issue might be a broader BMW concern (potentially leading to a class action lawsuit), the service department's handling of the situation was terrible.
Fast forward to my new car. I purchased a tire and rim warranty for $2,500, thinking it would give me peace of mind. But when I needed to utilize it, the service and parts team made the claim process incredibly difficult. They kept pushing me to buy new tires instead of honoring the warranty.
This experience, coupled with similar stories from friends who left BMW St. John's due to service issues, has completely changed my perspective. It's a shame because I truly enjoyed working with the sales team.
Unfortunately, due to my recent interactions, I won't be returning to BMW St. John's for service or future car purchases. I'm even considering selling my current car off-island to avoid giving them any more business.
If you're considering buying a BMW from St. John's, the sales team is top-notch. But factor in the potential service department headaches before making your decision. There are other dealerships out there that hopefully offer a more consistent and customer-centric experience.

I live in Ontario and bought a used BMW from BMW St. John's. Adam Warren was attentive, professional, open, and knowledgeable throughout our transaction. Adam and the staff here are people you can trust. They gave me the best possible experience for buying a car without seeing it in person or driving it. Look, I was a nervous wreck sending a used bmw with who knows what issues into a bmw dealer. But go to Daniel White for re assurance, he goes over everything with you. He tells you what to expect and keeps you updated as the hard working techs work on your vehicle. They will show you a video underneath your car showing you the damage done by the salty environment were in. And possible problems you can face in the future. Back to Daniel he went above and beyond, Doing what the average employee may do or not he will do it all with passion and care with the customers best interest at heart. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

I love this dealership. They bend over backwards for their clients and that says a lot about their character. You’re immediately served by the friendly staff and offered hot or cold beverages, fresh pastries. Not only are you a client but you’re also family. Amazing place to do business!

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. This is supposed to be a premium service department. Requested a 530 dollar deposit before they would even look at the vehicle. Had no choice as they are the only bmw in Newfoundland. Will be contacting bmw Canada as this is poor practice and embarrassing.

So, I don't drive but the hubby had a BMW x2 and decided to sell it and get another vehicle and of course after having 2 Lincolns and then most recently a BMW our curious eyes brought us to BMW kenmount rd on our usual daily run to tims. Well, he 200% thought he was buying a BMW car, but then we landed our eyes on the beautiful Landover discovery, and we walked inside right away to discuss deets. We were greeted by the nice lady at the front desk, and she sent us to Mike, who immediately sat us down. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. He worked on helping us right away and quickly worked out the cost. So as luck has it we went on Friday and was to pick it up Saturday but we forgot about insurance so although they were more then willing to hold the car without payment the man wanted to pay then. Alicia, who deals with the finances part e4vďŕalso friendly and polite and a huge help to us. And big thanks to Mark and Travis as well, who worked thru their lunch hour to help with a meticulous, slow matter all the while cracking jokes and laughing with us. I'd give this place a solid 5 stars and 10 if I could. The whole place in general is beautiful and the staff are wonderful and one of the best sales teams we had the pleasure to do business with. Thanks to all the employees, especially Alicia, Mike, Mark, and Travis .
