Inside Atlantic Place I visited Bartlett Auctions Inc (7th floor) and saw the epic work of the late Gerald Squires “Last Supper“ and the stations of the cross all of which is up for auction this week. There is also a varied and wonderful collection of other art on display there under auction.

Once a vital organ of downtown, has been reduced to one coffee chain a bank teller and a court upstairs. Since 10 years ago there are no restaurants anymore, convenience outlets, or tourist attractions. Used to be an event hub and food court.

It is on Water Street in Downtown St John's Nfld. This is where the provincial courts are located,traffic court ,small claims court. There are also a cafeteria,small convenience store, a seating place to eat or just to take a break. VIBC Bank is also there. Public restrooms and wheelchair entrance and parking, but I believe the wheel chair entrance is on the parking garage.

Lots of vacant restaurant spaces, plus a full size restaurant space empty. That's the way of downtown these days I guess tho.

This place is the centre of the downtown community need for st. John's Newfoundland housing the city's courts various different other public services Atlantic Place is a hub of activity and a nice place to get a coffee enjoying the sunshine through the large Eastern windows a great place to spend your morning

Atlantic Place is very spacious with lots of seating. The restrooms are large and usually very clean. On the main floor there is a Jumping Bean, Booster Juice, and a small convenience store. There is also a piano available for anyone to use.The harbour front view is beautiful!

Nice building. Good location. Parking in area has improved in recent years. Has a few nice convenient food and drink and confectionery stops.
