Booked an oil change and waited on my truck. Took an hour and a half with an appointment and when my vehicle was returned the there was a new dent in the door panel and paint peeling from it. I mentioned to the workers who said sorry but nothing they could do. Where not sure where it came from. My fairly new truck now has a dent in the door.
