“Went to the main U-Haul depot in St. John's at 9:30am to rent a trailer for the day. Spencer helped me at the counter and Peter got my trailer hooked up. Great guys. Super efficient, easy to deal with, knowledgeable. Big lineup and they still made it easy. They definitely need raises, the place was on wheels and they stayed on top of everything. Spencer is a master multitasker!”

“I would highly recommend this location Mike, went above and beyond to help me. Kenmount rd location cancelled my truck the day before my move, some how the nature of my reservation changed had me going out of province even though I had the original email confirming the correct details. Kenmount rd was not helpful at all, I will never go there again. However, R & M self storage is the place to go. If Mike can help you he will, and will go out of his way to try to help. Highly recommend them.”
