Traveled far from Ontario and our ABS traction lights came on 1000km ago, we stopped at 4 other garages and Jack's took us in right away and fixed our bearing. Made us feel at ease an gave us a newer used part so it wasn't so expensive. Thank you so much, met their son who is also a fabulous human being as well , cheers

Quite likely the best service you’re ever going to get anywhere. It’s great to have a mechanic who is as particular as I am about my vehicle. Take care of your vehicle and it will take care of you.

Just got my truck back from Jacks. Firstly, I'll mention I'm a picky customer when it comes to mechanic work. When I get my truck back I usually check the work and make sure everything is done properly and what I would do myself if I was doing the work. Jacks did a fantastic job on my brakes and wheel bearings and I couldn't be happier. The communication over the phone was fantastic, friendly and polite. Quick, honest review of issues ongoing which I believed already was the case when I dropped off. I thought I was looking down the line at a bill that was much higher than what I received on the bill. I'll be returning for all my mechanical work required. Top Tier Mechanic!

Been dealing with Jacks Auto many years now and they truly are the best in town. Most times when I call them, they can usually get it done by the next day. Don’t try to upsell you and rather tell you about an issue that may need repair in the near future instead of now. When it comes to their prices, yes you will find garages cheaper and also more expensive but you know your vehicle is done right.

This guy is something else. Went to him this morning with an issue with my civic and even though he seemed busy, he fitted me in diagnosed, and fixed the problem had me back on the road by that afternoon right in time for me to go to work. Prices very fair highly recommended.

The best there is. Moved back to NL a few years ago and I will never go to another mechanic. Doesn't overcharge, does fantastic work and I would highly recommend him to anyone in Paradise and St. Philips area.
