I had a frustrating experience at the store today. When I got to the front of the line, wanted to pay with a $10 bill and some change. But the cashier said she couldn't accept that much change. I tried to explain that it wasn't a lot of change, just a few coins and bills but the cashier refused. Eventually, she took the payment, but it took a while.
Then, when I tried to use my bank card, I was so flustered from the earlier incident that I entered the wrong PIN a couple of times. I had to go back home to get a different card and return to the store. When I got back, the cashier gave me attitude again, this time about counting change in front of people. She counted the change and said I didn't have enough to make the purchase. I was confused because I had enough just a minute ago. She then told me that if I couldn't afford to buy anything, I had to leave. I couldn't believe it. I just wanted to buy some cigarettes.

I decided to call the manager to complain about the poor customer service. But when I told the cashier I was going to call the manager, she rudely employee told to hang up the phone and then hung up she kept saying hang up just hang up on me. It was the worst customer service experience and I felt really embarrassed. I hope something will be done about this.
