Very bad experience I called them to repair my flat tire when I was there early in the morning they told me you need to book a appointment for a flat tire lol and then I told them you told me on the phone bring your car and we can repair it and then she told me you can leave your car. It may take 4 to 5 hours and then we can repair flat tire You come back bring your car back waste of time never go there for anything.

There's smoke coming out of the car, I ask the lady at the reception if someone could have a look so that I know what has to be done. Her reply is that she does not have time for anyone to have a look. I explain that it's not my car, that we're a family of 6 visiting St. John's. She dismisses me with a "Bye".

Shout out to Chris and the Wilkins Auto team who help us address a concern with the check engine light for our Ford F150. We are on an extended road trip from Sask. and this was a concern and time sensitivedue to ferry travel timeline. The Wilkins Auro Centre was fully booked but Chris came out, took the time to assess and reassure us and get us on our way! The local Ford service centre was too busy to help us. Chris and Wilkins definitely put people first, thanks again!!

I regretted going to Wilkins. It is barely 4months since changing my back rotors, brake pads and calliper(almost a $1k) and I am in a mechanic workshop again because of the bad job they did by Installing brake pads wrongly which has cost me to change a rotor, brake pads on both tires and also got my car towed to a mechanic workshop. ??

I went here this morning as a "damsel in distress". Needed my winter tires installed, plus I had a flat tire on my vehicle and was driving with the small spare. I was so so happy with the service I received and most definitely will be going back there, without a doubt. It was by far the best customer experience at a garage that I've ever received . Thank you so much for turning my bad day into such a positive one.

I’ve always found Richard honest with any issues with my car and so far they have managed to keep my 10-year old Outback up and running!For any non warranty work on my Subaru I wouldn’t hesitate bringing it to Wilkins. They know Subarus!
