Paid $10.34 for a car wash; the underside of a Corolla didn't even get WET, let alone washed! I had to exit the car upon completion to MANUALLY clean the back window.
Gentleman inside was kind enough to comp me another wash...but I had to sit in the supper hour line for the second time.
You lost a customer.
