“Everyone here was so kind and hospitable! We came to them in distress because they were open on a Saturday. Even though the mechanic shop was closed, they still got the ball rolling on ordering the part we needed. Even though they couldn't fix everything, they recommended us going to the dealership, offered to have us come inside and wait for our tow, said they were dog friendly so we could bring our dog in, and gave us options for a taxi in the area. Everyone was smiling to keep us positive and were definitely feeling our pain. Highly recommend this team to do what they can to take care of you.”

“Came in for an oil change earlier today on the 28th of January and was told my oil was leaking and advised it may be in my best interest to wait on getting my oil changed, and that it could cost me more to do it before getting the leak fixed, I was really appreciative that they had my best interest in mind and even better yet they offered to top up my oil, coolant and windshield washer fluid for no charge for “choosing them in the first place” which I thought was funny because pit crew is always my go to on the east end, if you need an oil change go to these guys instead of a big corporation like Mr. Lube, I’m sure they would’ve been all too happy to take my money even if it’s costing me more later”
